If you have a SCOR/U-7 or Regulation A or other form of Prospectus, up to 15 pages, without graphics, and in a Front Page readable format, you are invited to submit it here. If you need for your information to remain confidential, I recommend using another web site like Wit Net or AceNet -- see Links to Capital . (Those of us who believe in the Golden Rule, that what goes around comes around, and the Beatitudes, tend to keep very few secrets -- patents are okay for maintaining orderly business, but few things isolate a person like a secret.) At this time, only projects that have not been funded and projects which are completed can be accepted. I am requesting a "No Action" letter from the SEC, and contacting the State agency in my jurisdiction.
